Shipping Policy
We want to provide the best experience and help you plan for the scheduled arrival of your order. It is our desire to ship your orders as fast as possible!
Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 for purchases under $100. All purchases over $100 ship free.
Make sure your address is correct at checkout. Liz & Ivy is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Your order will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days. November and December shipping dates may take up to 5 days to be shipped; however, our goal is to ship your orders as fast as possible.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please understand that for USPS in particular, the number of days specified in the shipping method is a best estimate and not a guarantee.
We do not refund shipping costs for slow or delayed packages due to the shipping carrier. Once your package is in the possession of the carrier, we no longer have control over how or when they deliver. If your package is showing as delivered, and you have not received it, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to see if they can help you locate it.
Damages:
Liz & Ivy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
