Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return or exchange. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning the item, which is non-refundable. 

To start a return, please contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked 50% off or more
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any item not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned and postmarked more than 14 days after purchase delivery date.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Because we are a small business and our inventory is low, we may be unable to exchange items. If you need a different color or style, you can return the item for a refund, store credit, or (if the item is still available) exchange it for the color or style you need. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember there is often some processing time with your bank or credit card company before they post a refund.
